# Provisional Bill Reprint

**Provisional Bill Reprint** is used to print a copy of an already generated provisional bill. This feature is helpful when the original print is lost, damaged, or when an additional copy is required for reference or customer purposes.

## Steps to Reprint a Provisional Bill

Step 1: Navigate to the **Banquet** module and select the **Cashier** menu.

1. From the available options, select **Provisional Bill Reprint**.

* The Provisional Bill Reprint screen will appear.

Step 2: Choose the provisional bill that needs to be reprinted.

1. Identify the correct bill using the bill number, reservation number, guest name, or other available details.
2. Click on the **Select** button to confirm the selected provisional bill.
3. After selecting the bill enter the **Reason** for reprinting the provisional bill.

* Ensure the entered reason is accurate and meaningful for future reference.

Step 3: Click on the **Print** button.

* The system will generate the provisional bill print preview or directly send it to the printer.
* You will be able to view and print the provisional bill successfully.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rbsgo.com/banquet/banquet-module/cashier/provisional-bill-reprint.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
