# Purchase Bill Passing Reprint
**Purchase Bill Passing Reprint** is a transaction that allows users to reprint a previously passed or approved Purchase Bill Passing document. This feature is useful for reference, verification, record-keeping, and audit purposes. Reprinting a document does not modify or affect the original transaction data stored in the system.
## Steps to View and Print a Purchase Bill Passing Reprint
Step 1: Navigate to the **Transactions** menu in the **Bill Passing** module.
1. Click on **Purchase Bill Passing Reprint**.
* The **Purchase Bill Passing Reprint** screen will be displayed.
Step 2: Select the required **Category** from the available options
1. Select the appropriate **Type** based on your requirement.
Step 3: Enter or select the **From Date** and **To Date** to define the required period.
1. Click the **Display** button.
* The system will retrieve and display all Purchase Bill Passing records that match the selected criteria.
Step 4: From the displayed list, locate the required Purchase Bill Passing record.
1. Select the bill that you want to reprint.
* Review the details to ensure that the correct document has been selected.
Step 5: Click the **Print** button.
1. The selected Purchase Bill Passing document will be generated and displayed in a printable format.
