# How do i use the POST TARIFF SINGLE ?

he Post Tariff-Single option is used within the Cashier module to post the room tariff for a specific guest, typically performed at the time of check-out.To use the Post Tariff-Single feature, follow these steps:

1. **Access the Menu:** Go to the Cashier Main Menu.
2. **Open the Tool:** Click on Cashier > Post Tariff - Single.
3. **Verify the Date:** By default, the system will display the current account date for the posting.
4. **Select the Room:** Choose the specific room number for which you want to post the tariff.
5. **Review and Post:** The system will automatically display the tariff assigned to that room and the number of days it should be posted (calculated based on the check-out time in master settings). Click the Post button to finalize.

* **To Cancel:** Select the room number, click Cancel, and provide a reason for deleting the posted record.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rbsgo.com/front-office-module/fo-cashier/faq-on-cashier/how-do-i-use-the-post-tariff-single.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
