# Modifying Guest Charges

Steps to post guest charges

1.Go to **Front Office>>Cashier > > Guest Charges.**

If any amount is incorrectly posted, then the user can modify the guest charges bill in open mode.

To open the Guest charge window, first click the Open button in the toolbar at the top of the Guest charge window.

9. Select the bill that you need to modify as shown below.

10. Modify the bill and click on the save button as shown below.

The system asks for the reason for the amendment.

Clicking the OK button in the amend reason screen will save the amendment .
