# Guest Charge transfer
Steps to transfer the guest charges
### **Guest Charge transfer**
This option is used to transfer guest charges from one room to another room.
#### **Steps to Guest Charge Transfer**
1.Go to **Front Office>>Cashier >>Guest Charge Transfer.**
* Select a room number from the ''**From Room'** using the magnifier (the room from which the charge will be transferred).
* The system will display the in-house guest list.
* Choose the guest from the list
* Select a room number from the '**To Room'** using the magnifier(the room to which the charge will be transferred).
* The system will display the in-house guest list.
* Choose the guest from the list
* Select the **Revenue Item** to be transferred.
* Add the reason of transfer in the reason field.
5. Now, click on the save button .png?alt=media) on the top right corner of the window to confirm the transfer.
