# Flash Report
Steps to view flash report
### **Flash Report**
The Flash Report gives you the group-wise information revenue, based on NA Report and its master linking. It also shows you the percentage of contribution of revenue/s w\.r.t to Total Revenue. By default it will show as below :
Columns are divided as Particulars (Revenue Group and Sub-Group or Revenue heads) and Amount (Today, MTD and YTD) and also the contribution percentage of the total.
There are also many Filters provided for briefly modifying and changing the report as per user requirements.

**Statistics:** If you click on this checkbox, it adds on a section of Rooms Statistics and related info.

**Collections:** If you click on this checkbox, it adds on a section of Collection of amount and city Ledgers.

**Comparison with Previous Year:** It adds columns to compare the current report with the previous year’s revenue data at the same time, but if you keep Statistics and Collections box checked it will **not** show you that. So, only for comparison of Revenues and not for Room Statistics and Collections.

**Month wise:** Month wise filter adds on 2 more filters to see the data Month wise in a Summarised format (Total Revenue of the month)
