# Manager Report
Steps to view manager report
### **Manager Report**
The Manager report provides an insight of Rooms, Revenue and Occupancy for the Front office Manager to get all the corresponding information related to it.\
By default it will show the data in 4 columns below.
Statistics, Day (last closed date), MTD and YTD.
**Room Statistics:** Information headers related to Rooms will appear here row wise. Headers such as Rooms available, Sold Rooms, Room Status wise, Vacant Room, VIP Rooms, Company Rooms, TA Rooms or Groups etc. Data will reflect in parallel columns of Day, MTD and YTD.

**Occupancy Statistics**: This shows the info. To see the % of total Pax (adult and child), foreigners and domestic and given room occupancy like single, double etc.

**Room Revenue**: This shows Revenue Generated against the rooms, ARR and ARP, and RevPAR. Revenue Collected from Companies, Groups, and Travel Agents.

**Room**: This section shows the Room Status, Reservation, Arrivals and Departures and % of occupancy in the near future based on reservations.

We have multiple filters available to modify the report and get the relevant data which can be seen on the left and right side of the “Date” area.

**Revenue Summary:** When you check on Revenue Summary, It will add on an additional section that shows the revenues generated in a summarised manner against the revenue heads.

**Specific Period**: Shows the same data within a given specific period.

**Compare with Last Year:** It gives you add-on columns to see the data of the Previous year with comparison to the current year as on date, MTD, and YTD.

These reports help in a consolidated picture. An overview of Rooms and related revenues and also overall revenue generated
The user can also view the Manager Report for **Multi-Property** by selecting the property from top left hand side, as shown below. Also by selecting **All Properties,** the system provides a consolidated reports inclusive of all properties.
