# Guest In House
Steps to view guest in house report
**Navigation Path:**
1. Navigate to the **Front Office** module.
2. Click **Advanced Queries**.
3. Select **Guest In House**.
**Guest In House**
This report as the name suggests shows the information of the Guest Staying with the hotel at present. By default it will show the basic information of all the guests.
There are multiple filters available to add more information. Columns and sort to rearrange the sequence based on your requirements.
**Repeaters:** This will show the Current In House Guests who have been coming frequently or at least twice and so on.
**Scanty Baggage:** This will show you the in house guests who have light baggage with them, only if you have marked their profile as scanty baggage.
**Duration of Stay:** This will generate a report to see (based on no. of days entered) the information of those guests who are going to stay for a minimum of “X” days.

**Guest Profile:** This will give a report with the personal info. Of in house guests such as their likes, dislikes and allergies or any hotel comments provided they are filled in the guest profile.

**News Paper:** This will give you a report of the guests who are eligible for newspapers and which newspapers to be exact.

**Bar Posting:** To see the list of guests for whom posting of specific Charges are Barred or prohibited or banned into their rooms. They have to pay for those charges right away.

**Arrival Today and Departure Today:** To see the list of In House Guests who arrived today and who are going away today.

**Past Days:** Information of the Guests who stayed with you in the Past within a provided (Date selection) period with detailed information.

Other options are also available as filters to add on the info. Columns to sort the report based on requirements.

**Funnel Filter:** To Search Specific Segments, Group, Agent and Company etc. also for sorting.
**Options Filter:** To add more information. Columns which were filled in detail for all the guests.
**Sort On:** For Sorting or arranging the sequence based on requirement.
