# How do I add a Package to a reservation?

To add a package to a reservation, follow these steps within the reservation screen:

1. **Open the Package Allotment Window:** Click on the **Packages button** located in the top right corner of the reservation window.
2. **Select the Package:** A list of pre-created packages will appear. These packages are established in the **Guest Specialities >> Packages** master. Choose the package you intend to apply and click **OK**.
3. **Add Additional Services:** If the guest requests extras that are not part of the standard package, such as a **taxi service, city tour, or extra bed**, click the **Revenue button** next to the selected package.
4. **Confirm Services:** Select the requested services from the **Revenue Search list** and click **OK** to add them to the guest's package.
5. **Save:** Click the **Save** button to finalize the package allocation for the reservation.

You can also view a detailed **Packages report** to track all packages assigned to in-house, expected, or departed guests by navigating to the queries section.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rbsgo.com/front-office-module/fo-reserv/faq-on-reservations/how-do-i-add-a-package-to-a-reservation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
