# Receipt Note- Summary
Steps to view receipt note-summary
The **Receipt Note – Summary Report** provides comprehensive information on all receipt transactions recorded within a selected period and for selected store(s).This report displays important **Goods Receipt Note (GRN)** details, including Transaction Number, Bill Number, Receipt Date, Supplier Name, Tax Details and Other related transaction information.
## Steps to View the Receipt Note – Summary Report
Step 1: Navigate to the **Reports** menu in the **Inventory** module.
1. Select **Receipt Note – Summary**.
* The Receipt Note – Summary Report screen will be displayed.
Step 2: Click the **Funnel Filter** icon.
1. Select the required filter criteria to refine the report.
Step 3: Click the **Option** button.
1. Select the required options according to your reporting requirements.
Step 4: Click the **% (Percentage)** option.
1. Select the required charge and tax fields to be included in the report.
Step 5: After selecting the required filters and report options, click the **Display** button.
* The system will generate and display the Receipt Note – Summary Report.
