# How can I see voided bills?

To view voided bills, you should use the Void Bills Report found within the POS system. This report allows you to list all canceled bill details, including which specific items were canceled, the user who performed the action, and the reasons provided for the void.Steps to Access the Void Bills Report

1. Navigate to the Reports main menu.
2. **Select the Outlet:** If you need specific information for one location, select the desired outlet from the options.
3. **View Specific Details:** If you require the details of a particular bill rather than a summary, click the details check box.
4. **Generate the Report:** Once you have selected all necessary fields and filters, click display to load the data.

**Additional Features**

* **Excel Export:** If you need to save or analyze the data outside of the system, you can convert the report to an Excel format by clicking the corresponding icon.
* **Audit Tracking:** For broader oversight, you can also use the Bill Audit report (found under Advance > Reports > Bill Audit), which includes "settle cancellation details" along with bill amounts, times, and steward information

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rbsgo.com/point-of-sale/point-of-sale-module/advanced-reports/faq-on-advanced-reports/how-can-i-see-voided-bills.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
